What if the tech still can't solve troubleshooting issues?
All Apple computers come with 90 days of phone support, and up to 3 years with Apple Care Protection Plans. Worse case scenario, you can call Apple for assistance free of charge, or visit an Apple store. Mac wiz does not offer refunds.

What if I have internet connection issues?
I can come by and make sure all settings are setup properly.

Can I have tutoring or tech support via internet?
With OS X Leopard and Snow Leopard, the latest operating systems from Apple, computers can be connected remotely. iChat allows for remote desktop connection and screen sharing. This allows the tech to view your screen from their own computer and verbally walk you through necessary steps. In addition, the tech can control your computer entirely from this remote connection... so you never have to leave your home!

Time is put in honestly and, in most cases, successfully. Alternate solutions will be offered if absolutely necessary. However, time is money - there are no refunds!

What if my repair/installation cannot be completed?
There are no guarantees with technology, but Apple computers are VERY reliable. In the event that a repair or installation does not result in a success, an alternative solution will be offered. **Charges still apply to compensate for time**
